Overview

Connect your Slack workspace to enable Ewake.ai to send intelligent alerts, incident notifications, and AI-powered insights directly to your team’s channels.

Setup Instructions

Navigate to Integrations

Log in to your Ewake.ai instance at companyname.ewake.ai and go to the Integrations tab.

Connect Slack

Find the Slack integration card and click on the Slack Connect button.

Authorize on Slack OAuth Page

You will be redirected to Slack’s OAuth authorization page.Review the permissions and click Allow to authorize Ewake.ai.

Return to Ewake

After accepting the authorization, you will be automatically redirected back to the Ewake platform.
Your Slack integration is now connected!
Important: Add Ewake to Your ChannelsAfter connecting Slack, you must manually add Ewake to all the channels where you need it to interact with your team.Example: To add Ewake to your alerting channel:
  1. Go to your alerting channel in Slack
  2. Click on the channel name at the top
  3. Go to the Integrations tab
  4. Click on the Add an app button
  5. Search for and select Ewake to add it to the channel
Repeat this process for all channels where you want Ewake to send notifications or interact with your team.
