Overview

Connect your observability platform to provide Ewake.ai with monitoring data including metrics, logs, and traces. This enables Ewake.ai to access real-time observability data of your systems and provide intelligent insights.

Datadog Setup Instructions

Connect Datadog to provide Ewake.ai with observability data from your infrastructure and applications.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Datadog account
  • Permission to create API keys and Application keys in Datadog
  • Your Ewake.ai instance URL

Setup Steps

Go to Your Datadog Dashboard

Log in to your Datadog account at app.datadoghq.com.

Access Organization Settings

Hover over your name on the bottom left of the Datadog interface to access your organization settings.

Navigate to Application Keys

In the My Application keys section, you need to create one API key and one Application key for Ewake.

Create Application Key with Permissions

Create an Application key with the following permissions:
apm_api_catalog_read,apm_pipelines_read,apm_read,apm_service_ingest_read,dashboards_read,debugger_read,error_tracking_read,events_read,llm_observability_read,logs_read_archives,logs_read_data,logs_read_index_data,metrics_read,monitors_read,timeseries_query
Give it a descriptive name like “Ewake Integration” to help you identify it later.
Make sure to copy and save the Application key - it will only be shown once!

Create API Key

Create an API key for Ewake.
Make sure to copy and save the API key - it will only be shown once!

Connect in Ewake Platform

Go back to your Ewake.ai instance and navigate to the Integrations tab.Click on the Datadog Connect button.

Enter API Keys

In the Datadog configuration modal, paste the generated tokens in the corresponding fields:
  • API Key: Paste the API key you created in Step 5
  • Application Key: Paste the Application key you created in Step 4

Complete Connection

Click Connect to finalize the integration.
Your Datadog is now connected! Ewake.ai can now access your observability data.
