Overview

The Sentinel Agent is Ewake.ai’s always-on system that continuously monitors your production environment, interprets alerts, and delivers context-rich insights directly to your team. Instead of simply notifying you when something goes wrong, the agent reasons about what the alert means:
  • Analyzing system signals (logs and code)
  • Correlating patterns across services
  • Highlighting likely root causes
  • Recommending next actions
  • Communicating findings directly in Slack
This transforms raw alerts into actionable intelligence and dramatically reduces time-to-decision for engineering teams.
